Your account is activated instantly when your account is funded. We also strongly recommend that you use the auto-recharge feature to automatically replenish your account
when your balance runs low to avoid any service interruption.

- How does the per minute rate work for mid-call conferencing?
Answer:
During a call, you are charged a per minute calling rate depending on the location of the person you called. Once both of you join a conference, it will be charged as two conference participants, one for you and one for the person you called.
Your rate will be the conference per minute rate depending if you use the toll or toll free access number. The other person's rate will be calculated based on the toll conference rate plus the long distance calling rate for the location of the person.

Global Conferencing:
- What is the global conferencing feature?
Answer:

all participants in the same conference.

Answer:
The global conferencing feature is currently available in North America (US) and Asia (Hong Kong). At the same time, we are rapidly expanding our service to other part of the world.
- Which service access phone number should I call?
Answer:
You should call the local access phone number in the country you reside. If the service is not available in the country you reside, you should call the closest number that is most convenient to you
and you will have to pay for long distance charges in this case.

Answer:
No. All you pay is the low per minute conference rate for each participant and our service will take care of the connection between the countries.

Answer:
Yes. iNEX Global Conferencing Plus is a full featured conferencing service with many advanced conference control features. However, if participants of a conference are from multiple countries, certain

1Dial:
- How much does it cost to use 1Dial?
Answer:
1Dial comes free with your iNEX Global Conferencing Plus account. You pay only for the actual minutes of the calls you make.
- What are 1Dial access phone numbers?
Answer:
1Dial access phone numbers are service access phone numbers you dial to automatically connect to your
pre-configured destination numbers, such as your friends, families, or colleagues overseas.
Please log in to your account and click on Edit 1Dial next to the service name to manage 1Dial.
- How many 1Dial access phone numbers are there?
Answer:
Currently, you are assigned 10 1Dial access phone numbers.
You can configure one distination number for each 1Dial access phone number and therefore you have up to 10 destination
phone numbers you can configure for 1Dial. You can modify these destination phone numbers at anytime when necessary.
- What if I need more 1Dial access phone numbers?
Answer:
We may further increase the number of 1Dial access phone numbers in the future to meet our customers' needs. Please contact support
if you need additional assistance. For the meantime, you can modify the associated destination phone numbers as frequent as you like
and we suggest that you only associate the 1Dial access phone numbers with your most frequently call destination phone numbers.
For destination phone numbers you could not or did not configure for 1Dial, dial the general access phone numbers instead and
enter the destination phone numbers manually during each call.
- I have set up 1Dial but when I dialed the 1Dial access phone number, I was not automatically connected?
Answer:
First of all, make sure you have already configured the 1Dial access phone number with a destination phone number. Secondly, you have to call from one of the phone numbers you registered
for no PIN calling (such as your cell, home or work phones) in order for 1Dial to connect you automatically to the associated destination phone number. Finally, you have to make sure
your phone number (or caller ID) is not blocked. Most cell phone numbers are not blocked. But if your home or work phone numbers are blocked, contact your service provider or system
administrator to have them unblocked before dialing the 1Dial access phone number.
- What's the per minute rate for using 1Dial?
Answer:
The per minute rate for each 1Dial access phone number is based on the destination phone number you configured. Click on View Rates for the per minute rate for the destination
phone number you use with each 1Dial access phone number.
- When should I use the 1Dial versus the general access phone numbers?
Answer:
You should use the 1Dial access phone number when it is already configured with a destination phone number and when you call from one of the phone numbers registerd for no PIN calling.
Use the general access phone numbers when calling any other destination numbers. If you call the general access phone numbers from one of the phone numbers registered for no PIN calling,
you will not be prompted for the PIN but have to enter the destination number manually. If you call from any other phone numbers, you will have to
enter both your PIN and the destination phone number.
- What should I do when calls to the destination could not be completed?
Answer:
If you stay on, you will be returned to the main menu and you can redial the same number manually. Or better, hang up and call back again.
- Can I make more than one call with each access to 1Dial?
Answer:
If you like to make additional calls after your initial 1Dial call is completed, stay on and wait for the party you called to hang up and you should be returned to
the main menu. You can then dial any destination numbers manually.
