iNEX Global Conferencing Plus  How To Use 1Dial? Calls With 1Dial Dial the 1Dial access number you previously configured for the destination number you intend to call. Once the system answers, your call is connected automatically. No other action on your part is required. When done, simply hang up. Or, if you wish to call someone else without hanging up, simply stay on while the other party of the first call hangs up and you should hear the main menu. Follow the instructions on the main menu to make additional calls. For additional information, see 1Dial FAQ section. Any Other Calls Dial the general access number. At main menu, press "3" to make a phone call. If you are prompted for the PIN, enter it followed by "#". For domestic calls, enter number with the leading "1". For international calls, enter "011" + Country Code and phone number. To speed up the dialing, always end the phone number with the "#" key. At main menu, press "9" for account balance (prepaid accounts only) or "0" to repeat the menu. When done, simply hang up. Additional Information If you are not yet already done so, Sign Up for the service first. Immediately after you signed up for the service, you are assigned multiple 1Dial access phone numbers. You are also assigned one or more general access phone numbers for non-1Dial calls. Make sure you set up your cell, work, and home phones or up to any 6 telephone numbers to use the service without having to enter your PIN. For 1Dial setup, associate the 1Dial access phone numbers with the destination phone numbers you frequently call. To set up, Login to your account and then click on 1Dial# next to the service name. Remember, once you have no PIN numbers and 1Dial set up, calls from your phones (e.g., your cell, home, or work) to the 1Dial access numbers are connected automatically and calls to the general access numbers do not require a PIN. To make calls to the destinations you previously configured for 1Dial, simply dial the associated 1Dial access phone number (e.g. from your cell phone or your home phones) and your calls are connected automatically. To make calls to any other destinations, simply dial the general access number and follow the instructions on the service main menu to place the calls. If you are not familiar with the voice menu, listen to it carefully. Once you know your way around, you can interrupt the voice instructions at any time. At the service main menu. Press "3" to make a phone call. If you are prompted for the PIN, enter it followed by "#". You should not be prompted for the PIN when calling from your no PIN numbers you previously set up, such as your cell, home, or work numbers For domestic calls, enter 1 + the 10 digits destination number, followed by "#". For international calls, enter "011" + Country Code and phone number followed by "#". End your input with the "#" key will speed up the call, even though without it the call will still go through. Press "9" for account balance. Press "0" to repeat the menu. Calls to certain international destinations may sometimes start with a long silence, so be patient.
